That’s exactly what an ADS is doing after a good workout.

I mean things you can DO to help the tissues recover (apart from complete rest). It can be absolutely anything. Applying ointments, icing/heating, stretching, meditating, anything.

It’s difficult for me not to masturbate, and in my case when I do, I know I can’t jelq, ill get lots neg. PI’s. So looking for kind of substitute. 2 birds 1 stone etc.

Well for me and some other members the best form of active recovery that I have done is edging after each session. I don’t know if it would lead to negative PI’s for you like you mentioned, but it has done wonders for me. Also, take a look at this thread. You may find something that can help you.
