So I am doing manual exercises alone, perhaps I’ll go clamping in january.

These manual stretches are killing me. I heard that it’s good to hold for 2-3min /stretch.and my hand-grip gets busted after one.

Bird2, hwo do you manage 3minx7 - crazy stamina or immortal hands.

Do any of you think of any method of making it easier, like wrapping some cloth around it?

Btw, could I replace the “5-direction stertches” with only BTC-stretches and 2-way stretch? cause those do not kill my ahnds…

Several 30 second or one minute stretches should do just as well as one three minute one, IMO. A wrap or grip aid is sometimes helpful. Use a piece of latex or a thin cloth. Even a paper towel should help hold the grip. You’re free to stretch in the manner that best benefits you. Downward stretching is probably more helpful than upward anyway.

Iron hands :) . But getting used to it, gripping correct and getting enough distraction does the trick as well.

Hmm odd, the two way stretch is the only stretch that I actually feel in my hands. What exactly do you mean with “5-direction stretches”?

The method that makes it easier is to put some blood in the glans, squeeze tightly but supple and do it. Your hands will become stronger over time. Switching between hands will help too.

That was my question too, but now I can manage Bird2 routine using a homemade vacextender, so I just pull the extender.
