Achiness Question

So the forums seem to suggest that some achiness is fine and expected—especially when starting out—but I wanted to ask this in case I’m not just being a hypochondriac.

First, the forums highlight that only some light achiness is fine. Should I be worried that my achiness—while it does come and go—lasts for at least a day? It often lasts all the way up until the next PE session, so I’m worried I might be overstressing it, or that there was hidden damage from the other few times I tried and then stopped doing PE when younger, but I could also see it being from me starting out—especially since my routine uses semi-dry jelqing. (And yes, I know that’s more intense and not recommended, but it feels easier for me between being uncut and having a tendency to go too fast when wet jelqing. I’m also not doing as many strokes as I would wet—only 100 from a suggestion another user gave.)

Anyways, second, while it’s possible some of my achiness might be psychosomatic (it tends to increase or appear just when I focus down there) but I’m a little worried with how it manifests. It doesn’t bother me when fully erect or during most of PE, but the achiness does increase before fading away as I become more more erect. The best way to describe it is that its what I’d expect from how the forums talk when not erect, and then the achiness swells between 0-50% erect and fades once enough blood gets pumping. Its usually noticeable during my manual stretches because of this, which is particularly worrying. Is the fact it increases like that a sign I’m doing something wrong?
