Well, while measuring length and girth, I use porn along with some ‘manual stimulation’.
My BPEL value is pretty constant - between 16.7-16.9cm. But it’s so hard to measure the NBPEL accurately - that ranges from 15.0-15.8cm. Any tips on how to accurately measure this? Where exactly should it be measured from?
I have the same problem since I have a curve in my cock. So what I do is take the ruler and slide it to the side but at the same place my fat pad starts instead of going all the way back like side measuring if that made any sense lol!

Just rest the ruler on top of your penis, slightly touching your fat pad. I think this is the way.

You can’t. That’s why BPEL is the standard clinical and scientific measurement.
