acceptable replacement for ads

I have been on a VacADS for quite some time and haven’t noticed any changes, good or bad. Assuming my background knowledge is right and an ADS is used to target ligs primarily, I’m assuming that my potential lig gains have been exhausted (I’ve been hanging for quite some time, went from 5.5 to 7). I was considering using a vac-sleeve as a traction wrap, followed by a LIGHT cock ring at the base to keep my flaccid a bit engorged. Any thoughts or previous experiences with this? My best guess is that such a setup will target tunica more, although my knowledge in PE mechanics is not as well versed as other members on here.

What kind of ADS are you using? VacExtender? Do you integrate manual stretching and jelcing in? I use my VacExtender as a type of static extender. I do my whole set of manual excersizes and then toss the Extender on and let the penis heal while in an elongated state.

I guess you may not have tried this, since you have actual equipment, but I’ve just been using a kind of light bandage after my sessions to maintain the increased flaccid dimensions I get from my workouts. It’s a really thin bandage but gets wrapped from the head about 20 times towards the base. It holds my flaccid length at about 1.5 inches longer than normal and increased girth following my stretch/jelq routine. Sometimes I’ll add a twisted sweat band to increase engorgement.

I’m only two weeks into a serious routine but flaccid is much better. I can keep the wrap on all day and when removed the look and feel is great. It doesn’t do much for ligs but I’m not really working them in my workouts yet.

Just a quick update on the past few weeks, I’ve been following up my sessions with a ScreamingO cock ring at the base while keeping the shaft traction wrapped during the day with a Med-hard sleeve, and at night with a soft sleeve (no cock ring). The results I’ve gotten are fucking SPECTACULAR compared to my previous use of an ADS (Vac system). I find using the Xsleeve as a traction wrap elongates the shaft of my penis way more and I don’t feel like its “fighting” to retract as it did with an ADS - feels very natural, if that’s an explanation for it.

Given the setup I’m using it is much easier to wear under “normal” (i.e. not baggy) clothes all day, and I don’t have to remove it to pee. No trouble with numbness/coldness, although one complaint I have is every so often during the day I have to remove the cock ring and massage the base since I get a burning sensation (rubber burn?).

I haven’t measured yet, but my flaccid is visibly larger in both length and girth, and my cock looks bigger in both dimensions when hard too. Can’t wait to fuck the girlfriend with it once I’m back in town!

what’s a med-hard sleeve? and what’s so special about the ScreamingO cockring? never heard of those, but your story sounds interesting…

lol I kept thinking Medical hard sleeve, must just be medium to hard sleeve. A sleeve being a silicone sleeve that goes over the penis similar to a condom only its thicker to put pressure on the penis, usually to prevent turtling by keeping it stretched.

There’s nothing special about a ScreamingO cockring, ScreamingO is just a brand of cockring.
