Hey, guys! So this is my first post around here and I have so many doubts that I hope will be cleared throughout my PE journey.

One thing that I’m trying to do before starting any routines or exercises is to let my penis rest for a month. You see, I used to masturbate a lot, sometimes 7 times a day. I’m still a virgin so that should actually make sense.

My first question is: Would letting my dick rest affect any future gains? I think nobody has ever asked this so I thought I should give it a shot.

Rest is so important. Take a look through the newbie routine. It explains the value of rest. Masturbation definitely can slow your gains. Not saying you need to quit but limit it somewhat so you don’t cause undue tissue retraction is the idea. .

But there is plenty to read on all of those things if you take a look and ask. We are here to help.

Yes. That amount of masturbation will definitely affect your eq. You will need some rest to help with your growth.

I’m in a no masturbation phase of my PE cycle to see the effects. I’ve only slipped up once.

Thanks for the tip, guys! I can already see some growth just from stopping for one week, but I think that’s just it.
