Hey guys just heard about the site and id love to give PE a shot. I’m looking for girth and length increase, primarily length for a while. I just measured and I’m 5” length and only 4.5” girth. My goal would be something like 6-6.5”L and 5-6’ girth. I know it takes time, and I’m ready to stay dedicated. I got just a couple questions. I’m following the newbie routine, with the 5 min warm ups, 5mins stretching, 10 min jelqs etc. I kind of have 2 big veins on the top of my unit, when I jelq should I try and avoid pushing forward near there or lightly press it down towards the head too? Also how long till I see some noticeable gains 2-3 months? Thanks for all your help guys and good luck

Also when stretching am I pulling my penis or my skin too? And if I get a boner when stretching should I stop then continue when I’m flaccid?

Hey MilkMan, it is ok for you to put force on to your veins, I hate the thought of touching my veins so I try not to look at them when I do manual routines. When you stretch you want to make sure your pulling on the penis structures that you are wanting to stretch, a lot of times skin needs to be stretched at first but make sure you are feeling your stretch in your ligs or tunica.

If you get an erection while doing stretching you definitely should wait to continue on stretching.

For the noticeable gains, since you are a newbie I bet you get some nice newbie gains over the next 2-3 months :) .

Thanks a lot man appreciate it. I just finished my 1st routine. When jelqing with my hand that’s not doing the pushing, should I hold the base of my penis? I’m wet jelqing so if I don’t hold the skin from the base it kind of moves all the way to the front of the head and it seems like I’m rubbing instead of forcing blood.

It is ok for the skin to move as long as your getting that good internal pressure feeling. Here take a look at these to clear up any questions.

Thanks man those pics helped. Yeah I’m sure ill get better with practice, it just seems like I’m pushing all the skin towards the head not really getting the blood.

Before you grip the base do a kegel to force blood into your unit then jelq out to under your glans, then while still holding under your glans kegel again and grab the base with your other hand and repeat. If you still only feel like your pushing skin maybe squeeze a bit tighter.

Since you mention only the pics, I assume that you are not aware that bluray gave you a link to a VIDEO demonstrating this technique. Pics alone may not be enough for you to gain an adequate understanding of the technique.

Yeah there is a button labeled “Download Video” click it and save your video and then it will open using your Windows Media Player.
