I’m looking to reach my ideal penis size of 8x6 (always been my goal, not sure why). My natural size is 7.25x6. So I’m pretty close, just looking for a little more. I’ve read a number of forums on enhancement, and I’m looking for the best way to start.

I’ve read the routines and such for stretching and jelqing. No problems there. So basically my only questions are:

Is it possible to get the extra inch in length with out gaining too much in girth or losing any girth?

I also was wondering what affect stretching and jelqing will have on the overall shape of my penis? I really do like the way it looks now and don’t want to end up with a “mushroom head”. Just a personal preference. Any ideas?

No one loses girth. Whether you’ll gain girth is hard to predict. I wouldn’t worry about it, though; almost no one gains more than about a half-inch girth “accidentally” while working on length.

Unpredictable.

Given your concerns about changing your penis shape, and about adding girth, the best exercises for you, in my opinion, would be stretching and hanging. They are unlikely to add much girth, besides base girth, and they are extremely unlikely to give you the “mushroom head” that you don’t want.

Almost everyone agrees that you should follow a newbie routine for a couple months to condition your dick before getting into hanging. Perhaps you should just take it pretty easy during the newbie routine, concentrating more on the stretching than on the jelqing to get your dick ready for hanging. Conventional PE wisdom would tell you to jelq at low erection levels to prevent big girth gains.

Hanging is where you place weights on your dick (around the glans, I think), so it can hang downward for long periods of time. What it does is take out portions of your inner penis out to increase length. Everyone who hangs tend to gain a lot of length overtime.

It isn’t for newbies though. They should pre-condition their dick for two to three months before attempting or injury could result (with hanging, it can be dangerous if done improperly; like “lose an erection forever” dangerous). Since you only have one dick, you should be careful and not rush into this kind of thing.

Personally, I’d rather avoid hanging, but it’s your choice. Just remember, wait for two or three months after starting PE.
