Ok I started the newbie routine 3 months ago. I did everything to right to the bone but 200-300 jelqs . Three weeks past and I gained 0.5 legnth and 0.25 with . I’m telling you on paper it doesn’t seem much but I made huge diff. So I’m pumped I’m looking for more 2 months past and I’ve stayed the same not 1 cm change. I’m my hopes have drooped to the floor. I do quality jelqs at 90-95 erect insted of quanity and I streach to the max . It seemed to intence but it was giving me gains . Well I feel like I can’t gain anymore and just take what I have but I feel there’s something I can do to bring me the gains I want . If anyone can let me know some routine to follow diff exercies or and devices or pumps any advice would be appriciated . Thanks , started 5.75 bpel , 5nbpel, 4.5eg now- 6.25 bpel, 4.90 nbpel, 4.75 eg

My suggestion is to give yourself a bit of a break and not do any PE. What you are describing, I think, is a plateau and it just needs a rest for a bit. And quality is much better than quantity.

If you think the routine was to intense it probably was. Your routine has to be yours, and the newbie routine is a guideline, now start making modifications, but as stated before, take a bit of a break and see if that helps. I would suggest maybe a month break, some of the other fellas can address that much better than I can.

Don’t give up, that would be a silly thing to do in my opinion when a break might mean gains when you start back up. Think of it as sending your penis on a vacation, no work all play. And then eventually it will have to come back to work.

Your bpel increased but your nbpel shrank? Dude personally I think 3 months is way too early to give up.

I mean you actually got gains! I’m trying to think to myself why someone has to talk you into staying in the game when some people don’t see any gains for years.

I think the problem is you expect constant gains immediately like you received in the beginning of your PE journey.

Maybe you should try a decon break like sunshinekid suggested and then start up again and see what happens. Then maybe increase your workout after a good break.

Also for your hopes, here’s a little trick I’ll pass on to you. Don’t expect shit. I’m not trying to be harsh or mean but if you get gains be grateful.

If you don’t then just shrug your head, say, “oh well” and keep going.

This way you don’t get angry, annoyed and frustrated at your dick and yourself.

Kind of like a kid who expects is drunkard father to be in the front row of his school play only to be discouraged that he didn’t show at all.

In my mind and my fucked up way of thinking you’re just setting yourself up for disappointment.

I speak from my own personal experience since I didn’t get gains for a year and maybe more.

I can’t advise you on pumps because I haven’t used them. I manually stretch, jelq (sometimes) and clamp.

I think since you gained doing the newbie routine, after you take a break just do an upgraded version of it.

I only decided to venture down the dangerous road of clamping after overcoming my fear of it because I couldn’t gain period.

Ya I guess I deserve that, that was frustration talking . I’m going to take a month off refresh and come back to work (PE).

That was the biggest disappointment seeing my NBPEL go down. I believe somehow my fat pad increased , that so weird because the past three weeks I’ve been getting the gym hard and running a mile every other day.

What routine do you guys think I should do. I believe I should change my stretches but I don’t know which ones I should do. Another thing when jelqing I was squeezing perrty hard and tight , and stretching I was pulling hard I figured it was to much but it gave me the little gains . I tired my routine with less intensity once but it didn’t seem I was really working it out much . Is that a normal feeling ? Thanks for the feedback

diegrom, after a decon-break, just re-start the newbie routine cutting a little : instead of 10x30”stretches, you could do 10x15”, instead of 100 jelqs, 50. Add a little work and intensity to your routine week by week.

You are not supposed to be necessarily “fatigued” or such, many had gains without such a feeling.

Seems high to me. I would think about a decon break and then think about jelqing at 70 - 80 percent. Jelqing at too high an erectio level may have been conditioning your penis against achieving further gains. But then, I’m in the ‘coax them out’ rather than the ‘force them out’ school of pursuing gains.

Start reading in the pumping forum now, and then when you are ready, you will have a better idea of what to buy and how to use it. A lot of good advice has already been captured in the threads there.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I agree on backing off your erection % when you jelq. I used to do 250 jelqs, and saw some gains. Now I do 22 min between 60% and 90% erect and I’m seeing steady gains. But I worked up to that % of erect. Do 4 second jelqs at 70-80% and don’t squeeze too hard. I used to grip hard, but I started feeling my dick with my other hand to see what the difference in expansion was.

If I do a normal jelq squeeze, and then grip harder, the expansion change is almost negligible. I think you were over-working it, and that was hindering your gains.

Decon and then start over I say.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Must...think...long...term.
