About To Rest My Penis, Have A Few Questions.

So I have been working out my penis for almost 4 months now, I feel like I need a break because I don’t wake up with rock hard morning wood for the past month or so, and I feel like I’m turtling a lot but I can’t tell. I haven’t been sleeping neither nor drinking a gallon of water a day like I used to, I don’t know if it’s because of that?

I have noticed every time I start up PE (Been on and off), that the first month or so of PE, my flaccid hang looks amazing throughout the whole day, it just be swinging around and it’s awesome, even after workouts. But as the months pass by, I feel like it starts to turtle more and my erections aren’t as great. Like this time I was doing PE, and my penis was so hard that it pointed upwards. Now, I still get hard erections but not those awesome ones I mentioned. It also starts to feel like stretches are harder to do but I don’t know if that’s because of girth gains.

What confused me though out of everything, is despite all of this, I measure every first of the month, and this month I measured, and I still have gained 0.o. Should I go on a break, even if I’m still gaining?

Rest is always welcomed! Give it a try.

Grain of salt advice.

Making gains is a sign of the PE working. I would continue on in progress.

Funny I have always seen increased gains for myself after a rest break. Somehow to allow the body time to recover always seemed like a good idea to me. Others do think differently.

Not just think differently, but bodies work differently.

What I am doing is making gains. I still get erections, there is no pain, orgasm is achievable, and the only negative PI the reduced frequency of morning wood. That does not appear to be a signal of any harm doing. So why stop and take a rest?

Quite a few men get caught up in not having morning wood ( even taking this outside of this forum ) Somehow waking up with an erection is a badge of honor or a symbol of man’s youth. Really just seems silly.

Of course continue to monitor for morning wood. To me though reading the OP, it makes most sense that perhaps his change in sleep patterns is the cause of his morning wood reduction. That type of stress may have a larger impact on it than his PE ( especially because he notes he is making gains )

In order to get pain the tissue has to be pushed far enough to allow for the formation of pain, a most interesting cascade of things the body releases. Because a certain amount of, let’s say , tissue destruction must occur before the pain threashhold has been reached, lets just say that some tissue destruction must occur as we do our exercises but thankfully not enough to cross the pain threashold.

Allowing tissue that has been worked on for months a week off or so should allow the body to fully, not partially, recover. Just looking at PI’s, which do help. is not always the full story.

Hey guys, I just wanted to say to both of you thanks for the information. I decided to take a break, most likely a week, doubt two but I’ll see. I will update news after the break is over.

Good man, rest is always a good idea ! After a break I’m always very motivate, and I’ve a beast EQ !

Do some massage of your penis and testicles also it can help ! :)

Thanks! I was actually thinking of still doing daily warming of the penis with the heating pad. I’ll throw in massages as well.

Update: I have been only on break for 5 days, and I already notice slight loss of girth gains and flaccid hang. Although I had a crappy night of sleep, I measured and it seems I have lost gains. I guess breaks are a no go for me, haven’t noticed any change in EQ neither, decided to go back to PE before I lose any more.

Are all of your gains lost? I think you need to keep on your break for a little while longer, 5 days after 4 months isn’t a whole lot, your penis needs to recuperate. Any exercise gains will diminish slightly after long periods of working out; a slight increase in weight, loss of overall muscle mass, and decreased cardiovascular threshold. Those are to be expected and are not signs of failure, keep up the good work and remember not doing anything is doing something.

No, just .25 of NBPEL and possibly slight loss of girth gains in the middle. And maybe .25bpel, thing is those gains were just recently made in the last two weeks or so, that’s probably why it diminished so fast. What freaked me out was that when I first measured, my NBPEL was in the 5 inches, it freaked me out completely because I outgrew 5 inches naturally when I was 17, Imm turning 21 now so idk if that was just bad measurement coincidence, cause shortly after I made my self harder and I was back at 6”. But still, I never seen my penis like that in years so it freaked me out. I’m hoping it was just because I had such a crappy night of sleep, and I measured like at 5 am. I’mma measure again when I get home. But you really think I should keep resting? I don’t think I’ve seen any change in EQ in a positive matter at all.

I think you’re measuring too much.

I only measure once a month though, I measured rn only to see loss of gains since the break.

Why not try every 3 months; it might be easier and more accurate.
