Hi guys,

After a lot of reading here I understand we’re basically stretching the ligaments in the penis when we’re stretching, but when we do so will the erect penis stand in the same angle (for example: 60° upward? When straight in front of you is 0°)? Or do we prevent changing the angle by stretching in different directions?

What when you here a ‘pop’ while stretching? Does that change the angle? (It hasn’t happened yet to me, but just in case.)

I know doing kegel exercises have a positive influence on the angle (I.e. Upward) but I really want to know if stretching has any (negative) influence.


So far for me in a month it’s made no difference and I do a pretty much all aggressive stretching routine. I’ve noticed that the erection angle changed for me as I grew older. I used to have an angle that I could have busted a nut in my own eye if I was standing up. These days it just goes up about an inch shy close to straight out.

From what I’ve read it’s borderline on what outcome you will get from “lig pops”. Some claim it promotes growth and others claim that it doesn’t do shit. I believe the general consensus is that they don’t have any negative effects though.

“Lig pops” will not change your erection angle.

Length increases (presuming they come from elongation/lowering of the suspensory ligament) might. Though I’ve read of guys hanging SD, gaining, and changing their erection angle. So, maybe…
