About my routine, please comment
I actually did PE couple times before but I always couldn’t go more than two weeks, no consistency. However I was texting this girl and we were talking about sex. I asked her what size of penis would be good? She said at least 6 inches which I don’t have yet. And anything under 6 inches is small, I said I’m around that but she just ignored it. That bothers me a lot and I think that’s the motivation for my PE. I don’t get full boner easily, I might have to do some kegels (possible erectile dysfunction?) but I get full boner when I warm up my penis. Anyways here is my routine, please comment and suggest anything:
1. 5 min of warm wrap
2. 5 min of stretch (up, down, left, right, spin)
3. 10 min of Wet Jelq (I try to do 3 sec each but I do bit longer)
4. 5 min of warm wrap
5. 5 min of kegel (5 sec each)
I can hold lot longer for kegel, more than 10 seconds. So should I just do 10 sec each? I can like feel the burn when I actually do 10 sec.
I started today, man it is time-consuming. I hope to get good results from it.
I’m doing 2 days then 1 day off.
I don’t know if I’m measuring my penis yet, please help me with this one! For BPEL, I get a ruler and press it ALL the way. I get about 5.85-9. But then NBPEL is dramatically shorter, 5.2 inches but I didn’t have full boner so that one doesn’t count right? How about girth? Because I used to do it, top part of shaft is thicker than the bottom. Where should I measure it?
Question: How long does it usually take to see the result?
