About my routine, please comment

I actually did PE couple times before but I always couldn’t go more than two weeks, no consistency. However I was texting this girl and we were talking about sex. I asked her what size of penis would be good? She said at least 6 inches which I don’t have yet. And anything under 6 inches is small, I said I’m around that but she just ignored it. That bothers me a lot and I think that’s the motivation for my PE. I don’t get full boner easily, I might have to do some kegels (possible erectile dysfunction?) but I get full boner when I warm up my penis. Anyways here is my routine, please comment and suggest anything:

1. 5 min of warm wrap
2. 5 min of stretch (up, down, left, right, spin)
3. 10 min of Wet Jelq (I try to do 3 sec each but I do bit longer)
4. 5 min of warm wrap
5. 5 min of kegel (5 sec each)

I can hold lot longer for kegel, more than 10 seconds. So should I just do 10 sec each? I can like feel the burn when I actually do 10 sec.

I started today, man it is time-consuming. I hope to get good results from it.

I’m doing 2 days then 1 day off.

I don’t know if I’m measuring my penis yet, please help me with this one! For BPEL, I get a ruler and press it ALL the way. I get about 5.85-9. But then NBPEL is dramatically shorter, 5.2 inches but I didn’t have full boner so that one doesn’t count right? How about girth? Because I used to do it, top part of shaft is thicker than the bottom. Where should I measure it?

Question: How long does it usually take to see the result?

I think the measure is exaggerated : 5.75 x 4.5 inches!

Hi, I see you have joined this month, and started with the usually newbie routine, very well so far, answering your first question about measure, if you are fat I mean no offense but if you are you will lose an inch or so while measuring the BPL because the pelvic area has a lot of fat and it hard to burn it, now about the girth you should pick the thicker part as I did, and finally how long it takes, it’ll depend on your frequency to keep PE on going, do the exercises correctly and be patient there are some people that take 3-4 months to see some results others will start seeing it in a week or 2, so good luck and nice gains, also your goal is humble I like that and hope you the best and you’ll get it in 3 months

Wow thanks! I’m not too fat, just a little overweight. Burning pelvic area’s fat, do I just have to exercise and burn off overall body’s fat? Or is there a way to lose pelvic area’s fat? Thank you so much!

He got a very good point there and I agree with him . I don’t think she ignored your comment on purpose she just figured she guessed right and she actually did you not that far behind 6 .

I really only just glanced at your routine and I didn’t see 8 hours of daily hanging or 2 hour pump sessions so as long as you take it easy, you will be OK.
But as you know, your actual routine is not nearly as important as doing it…regularly. This girl could be out of your life next week. If she is, will you still do PE? You have to have the proper motivation to stick with it even as you only see a one millimeter gain every couple of weeks.

Remember, one millimeter every 2 weeks is 1 inch at the end of a year.
