About me and my 4" penis

I’m merely a 4” in penis size which is totally below average. My main concern is to increase in length and I’m engaging in newbie schedules. What I plan to do is to take medicine as well as do PE exercises in which I want to see a result fast. I’m 18 and you know how pathetic it is to have a 4” dick size. Anyways I can’t believe it took me SO LONG to find this site… It’s really helpful. A question though.. will these exercises on penis fade away if you stop? I’m trying to aim for like 4.5” to 5” in length and if I stop, will it just shrink overtime? :D

Is medicine recommended? And does it work ALL the time? According to http://www.sexual-compare.com/male-…enis-pills.html It says that PRO-Solution is the best?? I’m very curious cuz I might as well buy like 1 month of that shit to try.. I’m eager to do it all thanks a lot for reading and reply :D

Be careful of those pill programs. I hear most if not all are B.S.

Do not waste your money on penis pills. They do not work. There are some things that will make your dick seem harder, like yohimbe, but many have side effects that offset the benefits. Look at the supplements forum here and you’ll find lots of good discussions on beneficial supplements, like arginine, but you should read a lot before you start taking anything. At your age hardness and frequency of erection shouldn’t be a problem anyway.

Aside from dubious surgeries, the only things that work to increase length and girth are the kind of exercises you’ll find on this site. Read, ask questions, bounce ideas off of everyone, try things (carefully) and really work at this and there is a very high probability that you will see some good gains over time. But there’s no magic pill or program.

And yes, if you stop the exercises completely you may lose some of your gains. Once you reach your goal it is important to do a maintainence schedulee of twic a week or so.

It always amazes me that people have less trouble believing in hard-to-believe things (that are often easy to do, eg. the pills mentioned above) rather than believing in the things that require some dedication to work (but surely do like eg. PE).

Lovely of you guys to help out. Yeah, most of the pills probably won’t work because if they do, they should be earning billions. I’ll look around the supplements forum and work on my PE. It really is hard to consistently work on PE because of the boredness but looking at some of the successors.. Maybe girls like unique short penis-.- I’m kidding, thanks for welcoming and I sure do hope I’ll gain something. It’s so hard to jelq and stretch because my dick is so short and I can’t really grab on the penis head part because of softness? Or because I’m trying to stretch it too much.

Well you usually can pull your dick out at least near erect length in _flaccid_ state.
So it should be doable.. Just make sure you dont grab the head directly (it will try to play turtle if you do so.. besides it’s hurting a little afterwards), but a little more to the base of your penis => Distributing the pressure.

Stretching should _never_ hurt, not while doing it, not after you did it.
If it does you overdid it (or did something else wrong).

BTW: Do you know the size of your fatpad on your pelvic bone? You know, the difference between bonepressed erect length and not-bonepressed erect length of your dick :)
I figure this could help you getting ahold of your dick when being flaccid (flaccid and erect sizes usually are related to each other).

Personally. I don’t find jelqing boring but I’ll happily say if I was say 7 inches I wouldn’t bother with it. For me boredness doesn’t come into my PE but at times I would consider it a chore. What keeps me going is a lot of things, find what that is for you and keep going and going using both negative & positive things in your life as a fuel to succeed.

Random, but I just wondered is all.

I’m not really an expert, but I went from just under 5 inches to 6 right now. One thing you might want to check is infared lights. I had very little gains until I used IR lights. The heat makes it a lot easier to stretch. With the light and the beginner program (stretching, dry jelqs) I put on a half inch in just under a month in both length and girth. Just keep with it. Even if it takes a few years to get 7 or 8 inches, you’ll still be young.
