Is there somewhere easily explained about LOT. I think it has something to do with kegels but:

1. How to measure your LOT

2. How can you use that information (or can you use it to improve your PE)


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

Bib’s LOT theory was for hangers, men who hang weights from their penises. It attempted to predict which direction of hanging would be more beneficial based on an erroneous assumption about penile anatomy. It was tested extensively and shown not to be predictive of anything. Besides, it was for hangers.

The LOT theory can safely be ignored by all new members. It won’t help you get gains with jelqing or stretching or even with hanging.

I’ve been reading bibs forum wrestla. He still promotes it along with a few other tests like a mirror test in establishing how much ligament gain potential someone has. After a while of stretching, I’m sure it may be interesting for people here to know about what stretching angles would give THEM the best gains. But I agree at this stage if you are a newbie you don’t need to concern yourself with it.

Ok. Thanks for answers. But would it be beneficial also for newbies to know best streching angles, if there is best angles? I have PEed for a couple of months and havenĀ“t noticed any gains for 2 months or so, so I am searching new methodes and information.

The best way to do it is really to either as a newbie stretch in several different angles, or if you are set on just using one angle then try many, and whichever feels it really gives you the best stretch stick with it.

There are plenty of guys on here who have gone well over 2 months without seeing any gains, and by your signature it looks like you’ve seen something. Just stay focused because the best way to keep it from growing is to not do PE.
