So, for now dealing with PE I focus on length, maybe when I do get my 2 cm gains in lengthy then I will start to want to gain girth.

My newbie routine is going to end in the somewhat end of July. So add a pump for my routine is going to be a plus or a no ?

For reading so much in the forums from thunders I am pretty much liking the idea of hanging or ADS but I don’t know where I can buy it online( I am from Brazil). Seems like hanging or ADS will get me there till the end of the year.

I would like some counseling and thoughts. Also, where can I buy that thing guys use that vac tug ( I think it has a silicon sleeve around it ) to put it in the glans and with that it can support a weight by a hook?

If the routine ends by end of July you probably started beginning of May. So you are still at an early point of your life-long (yes!) PE-career.

Now there is a big myth: the Newbie routine is meant “just” for beginners. No, it’s not. It has been designed because it contains the easiest and less risky techniques and hereby help the beginners and their penis to get used to PE practice. But it contains already everything to make your penis grow.

Now, if you realize growth “just” by stretching and jelqing, why would you give up a succesfull routine? Because you want more and faster? I am not against using devices, but think twice before giving up a working routine in favor of something which is “new” or “different” or “advanced”. A great part of PE-wisdom is to keep you in the gaining zone.

Think about change when you notice a growth stop which lasts longer (my recommendation: 2 months, but that’s me) but not before.

Just my two cents and happy gaining in your growth zone

Bib Hanger for length. ;-)

I’m from America, but I live in the Philippines which is a 3rd world country and further than Brazil, and it was still only about $40 for 3days shipping through FedEx. Bib will work with you through his website. I bought mine this past December. Been hanging since.

What’s better clamp hanging like BIB or vac hanging like Uvipe ?

Man here is the thing, stretching makes make dick hard more than jelq ( don’t ask me why, neither do I know ), so I thought buying a stretcher, because like that my dick will stay soft all time during it.
One thing I noticed is that my penis is getting more fatigued, this started last week, it is becoming to be difficult to maintain the dick hard, and that hardness it´s not like when I first started PE. Friday and saturday I PE´d and sunday I didn’t ( although my routine says I should´ve ), in that case should I have rested or don’t?

Oh, that changes the pictures. If stretching makes your dick hard (during the exercise I suppose) then a stretcher or ADS or hanging will probably do that too. After all, they are all putting axial force to the penis.

Did I understand your statement correctly?

I think that the vacuum system, as on the Uvipe, is much more convenient than the mechanical fixation like the BIB devices have. Moreover, the vacuum tip does not prevent the outflow of blood, as a result - the skin will not darken. It is possible, of course, to wear a vacuum tip a little more complicated, then simple clamp, but you can adapt for a few donations. I tried on myself Uvipe HANGER. And overall I was satisfied with this product
