New to PE, I’m doing the beginner routine which involves jelqing. I was wondering whether or not it really matters if your fully erect while jelqing or semi erect and also does it matter if you do it standing or sitting. By the end of my PE I’m not really feeling sore down there so just wondering if I’m doing it right. I want to get the fastest results I can obviously just like everyone else.

The general theory is that jelquing with a 30-40% erection will stimulate length gains more than girth. Jelquing at higher erection levels focuses more on girth but also gives a higher risk for injury. Jelquing fully erect should not be practiced.

Furthermore I have found when I am Jelquing while sitting on a chair I can do a inverted a O-ring with my fingers and pull down. This has the benefit that you’re also straining your ligs.
