About 'Corpus Spongiosum'

Hey, I’m not sure what this is called in plain English.

Anyways my question come since I’ve seen some porn videos where the guys have a freaking HUGE corupos spongiosum

How can we grow this part of our dicks?

In plain English it’s called “the ridge on the underside of my dick.” :) Or some might call it the urethra, but that would be only partly true.

The CS is a tube that connects two balloons. One balloon is the glans (head) of the penis, the other is inside and is called the bulb. The bulb is surrounded by the bulbospongiosus muscle (also called the bulbocavernosus -BC-), the muscle used when you do a kegel. While the glans does not have a tunica like the corpora cavernosa and is therefore very difficult to grow, the CS does have one although it isn’t a thick or strong as the tunica surrounding the CC.

The way to make it grow is to put it under pressure. This can be done using the normal jelq stroke, but most of the pressure will be transmitted to the glans which causes it to expand. So you have to put pressure on the CS while preventing the glans from expanding. This can be accomplished using the Horse440 squeeze. PLEASE understand that this is an advanced exercise and must be done with caution.

OK so the guys in some porn videos with the huge “ridge” have it that way because they have used really advance exercises right?

It’s not a normal thing to have it so developed.

Some men may be that way naturally, just as some men may be larger naturally.

I would not assume that guys in some porn videos have it that way due to PE.
