AAG here. After making what seems to be VERY decent girth gains ( going to wait a month before posting it ), I am curious as to how long it takes to cement gains? I’m at my target girth now and would like to keep it that way!

I would like to thank - without cursing this gain - Big Girtha, who without his advice on jelqing I would be in the same place I’ve been for a long time, hope you see this thread mate :)

So yes, how long does it take to cement gains?

You just have to keep PEing until the gains don’t go away anymore. It could take 18 months, or 6 months, maybe less, maybe more—it depends on your physiology & when you started PEing. If you started PEing in may 2010 (your join date), it might take a few years.

You can just scale down your workouts, and take periodic measurements. If you lose size, then go back, regain it, rinse repeat until you’re not losing your size anymore.

When I stopped PE it took about 6 months to lose maybe 30% of my gains.. but I had only been PEing for about 5-6 months total. If I had been PEing for 5 years (like some of the guys on this site), I would probably have only lost my most recent gains.

Of course stamina / EQ take ongoing work— I’m not talking about that.

Well the thing is, I don’t see myself ever retiring from PE, I see it as a way of life and my routine currently consists only of 10 mins of dry jelqs, edging through the day and consequently trying to get a healthy amount of erections through the day to maintain stress on the chambers to allow growth.

I just don’t like the thought that all we work for is temporary…

Temporary my ass! There’s no way that a guy starting out at 5.5 and making his way to 7.5-8.00 is going to lose everything and go right back to his starting size.

But what about a gain of say 5.75 to 6 in girth? Don’t you think I could lose that?

I think that one has to look at PE as a lifetime practice.

Cementing seems to be a valid reaction to consistent PE, but I`m not sure that if I stopped PE for an extended time that I wouldn`t lose some, if not all of my gains.

I have gained an entire inch in length since december of last year, and have recently come to a sort of plateau.and an extended rest may be an option soon to de-condition so that I can go back to getting length gains again.

I know that, with less than a years PE, that I haven`t got the entire picture regarding my dick`s reaction to the on-going stress of pulling, stretching and bending.and I know that every dick has it`s own particular reactions to Pe in general, so only time will tell for each of us in our own unique way.

One thing I will say with absolute certainty is that this shit works, we just can`t say what, when and how.

You can definitely lose your gains. I would say that even pretty solid gains of girth, you may lose half of them if you actually stop PEing.

But like you said, why would you stop PEing completely? I don’t know why I did, should have kept up a bit.

I was up to around a solid 5.5 girth from 5. Ended up actually with a permanent .25 after years off.

Can you post his jelqing advice or PE it to me?

Philadelph, He basically said to me after I PM’d him that with regards to his jelq technique he slightly bends his penis over his thumb whilst in a palm down OK grip at around semi-erect. Though I must admit I didn’t fully use this method, it gave me an idea of how to work my penis. What I do is

- Get an 80% erection
- Grasp your penis in the overhand grip as mentioned above.
- Apply a (VERY) slight pressure by tilting your wrist a little to the floor, using the thumb as the point of pressure
- Start to stroke up your shaft while ensuring that you squeeze the sides of your penis a little, creating enough pressure for growth
( 5 secs a stroke).
- repeat 100 times, 50 in the morning, 50 at night.

I’ve been doing this for a little while now and have noticed a good gain in girth! Just make sure if you are to try this, to warm-up for at least 7 minutes and then subsequently warm-down for the same amount of time - you can use whatever heats up your penis enough, I just use the shower head on it.

DO NOT OVER-ROTATE THAT HAND! I’m talking a tiny rotation of the hand… like 5 degrees tops!
