About 3 weeks of newbie routine, then nothing for 1 month, what now

I did the newbie routine for about 3 weeks (I didnt really get gains, but it felt bigger) and I stoped for alomst 1 month (25 days). Now I am wondering what I should start with? The newbie routine once again, and make my way up every week?
