About 2.5 months in - newbie sharing his experience
Just wanted to share my experience with PE so far.. I came across jelqing a few years ago and was curious about it. Fast forward a few years and I decided to finally invest some time into reading about it and doing the exercises. It’s been about 2 and a half months since I started and just wanted to share my experiences so far so maybe other newbies can gain something from it. I followed the newbie routine fairly closely. Here are my stats:
BPEL: (5.9”) 6.3”
EG: (4.9”) 5.1” (mid-length measurement)
In the routine, I switched the stretching to after the jelqing. Also, when I first started the routine, I clearly wasn’t used to jelqing as I was getting some (large) spots on my foreskin. I switched to 1 day on/1 day off for the first month and have switched back to 2 days on/1 day off since and do not get any alarming spots any more. I was driven more by curiosity than anything else, but I’ve clearly received some results. Tips for other newbies: read, read and read! Also, you have to stay consistent.. Even on off days, I was doing some stretching. I see a lot of guys get discouraged on here, but it takes time and effort and is not overnight.
To some of the more experienced guys, does the newbie routine eventually hit a wall? I am not looking for huge gains, but hoping to learn some reference points in terms of time/gains/routines. Thanks guys!
