About 2.5 months in - newbie sharing his experience

Just wanted to share my experience with PE so far.. I came across jelqing a few years ago and was curious about it. Fast forward a few years and I decided to finally invest some time into reading about it and doing the exercises. It’s been about 2 and a half months since I started and just wanted to share my experiences so far so maybe other newbies can gain something from it. I followed the newbie routine fairly closely. Here are my stats:
(Starting) Current
BPEL: (5.9”) 6.3”
EG: (4.9”) 5.1” (mid-length measurement)

In the routine, I switched the stretching to after the jelqing. Also, when I first started the routine, I clearly wasn’t used to jelqing as I was getting some (large) spots on my foreskin. I switched to 1 day on/1 day off for the first month and have switched back to 2 days on/1 day off since and do not get any alarming spots any more. I was driven more by curiosity than anything else, but I’ve clearly received some results. Tips for other newbies: read, read and read! Also, you have to stay consistent.. Even on off days, I was doing some stretching. I see a lot of guys get discouraged on here, but it takes time and effort and is not overnight.

To some of the more experienced guys, does the newbie routine eventually hit a wall? I am not looking for huge gains, but hoping to learn some reference points in terms of time/gains/routines. Thanks guys!

Congrats on your new gains! Why do you jelq before stretching? I believe an engorged cock from jelqs is harder to stretch.

As far as a wall, I don’t know. My 1st 8 months I saw growth almost monthly. I stopped before reaching my ultimate goal and I’ve restarted.

As long you get better erections and better flaccid stay with the newbie routine til your gains stop.

Thanks for your reply. I tend to hop in the shower after I jelq, so it simply became a habit to just stretch in the shower. There’s a few minutes between jelqing and stretching, but you’re right about the engorged cock being harder to stretch.

I’m definitely getting better quality erections. Along with the kegels, I’d say that the EQ aspect is the most dramatic improvement (For now!).
