A week on, a week off

I started PEing 2 weeks ago. After the first week I got a thicker flaccid and simply felt better.

I stopped for a week because I went on a trip to Mammoth to snowboard and now it seems to be back to normal.

I don’t know if the improvements were due to swelling or what but I’m afraid I set myself behind or hurt myself by the week off.

You didn’t ‘hurt’ yourself, you just haven’t done enough to have any momentum yet. Think of it like working out three times and then stopping for a week- back to square one, well may 1.5.

More important issue is why you stopped simply because you went away snowboarding? The noob routine is ~20-30 minutes at your level; so let your friends think your taking an awful long shower.

Or that you’re wanking it in the shower.

Just don’t start missing scheduled sessions this early on.

I know, that was my plan. But the situation I was put in with the other family in the cabin didn’t allow me to. It was sort of awkward.. But I probably could have made do. That’s my bad. But okay, I’ll just start from square one, thanks.

Don’t worry about your gains, you just started. You will have to do PE for a year or more. If you keep this mindset, there is a high probability that you will overwork your penis and injure it.

You have to do some form of PE your hole life buddy!

So in retrospect, 1 week is nothing don’t sweat it; however a week off at the start probably isn’t as good, refer to Andro’s post.
