A week off?

A week off?

I have been doing some PE now for about 2 1/2 months. I have seen some good gains; about 1/2 BPEL and 1/4 EG. My question is, I am going on a vaction for a week and thinking about just taking the week off. Will I lose any of my gains? Will I be able to just pick back up where I left off when I get back? Anything else to consider?


I don’t think you’ll lose any of your gains. My gains have stuck, even with lots of time off. Just make sure when you start back, that you start with lower intensity to avoid any injury. Other than that, enjoy the vacation!
