A week off?
I have been doing some PE now for about 2 1/2 months. I have seen some good gains; about 1/2 BPEL and 1/4 EG. My question is, I am going on a vaction for a week and thinking about just taking the week off. Will I lose any of my gains? Will I be able to just pick back up where I left off when I get back? Anything else to consider?
