A week have passed for streching

Guys a week have passed since I started stretching and today is my first day of jelqing and my routine is warming up 25 minutes and stretching 12 minutes and 15 minutes jelqing then I warm down for 5 minutes and I want to help me guys is my routine good and how many weeks until I see gains I’m wondering between I’m also very active I started sprinting today is my week. Will it help in my PE workouts and thanks in advance.

I’m going to advise you to follow the Newbie routine. Seriously. That’s way too much otherwise. I also recommend you read this Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

That makes more sense. But just follow the Newbie routine. You don’t need to make up your own routine.

Ok ill just follow the newbie routine but how many weeks will it take until I see gains in my long journey. And I’m aiming for 17 cm or 6.5 inches in length and 6.5 inches in girth. Besides I know I won’t gain all of that within weeks but how much will it take until I see growth starting. I’m 21 years old and will it play role in my PE workout .Thanks in advance thoughtfulgold

EQ is Erection Quality. Essentially a combination of how easy and strong your erection is.

Thoughtfulgold I have started the newbie routine today and surprisingly I’m noticing my flaccid length is longer and my girth is thicker too even my head is bigger .

Okay. Just stay with it. Do it tomorrow, rest the 3rd day. Then repeat the cycle. These are good signs.

You’re welcome. Just do it how you did it before. Don’t change the routine while it’s still showing gains and feeling good. You’re off to a great start.

Today’s my second day of newbie routines looking good so far flaccid girth is thick and flaccid length is hanging longer also I noticed when I got erect my penis head was bigger than before also testicles are bigger they were always a good size but they are getting bigger after the hot warm up and warm down too. Gonna rest tomorrow.

Good job mate :)

Your flaccid and erect will look bigger after your routine, but just remember those gains are not permanent :) I did my 4th day last night, and will be doing again when i get home

Keep at it buddy :D you’ll be there in no time :)
