Ballooning is the easiest thing. No video needed. Just edge yourself up continuosly and make an OK grip at the base to stretch from the inside. Use keigels to pump it up higher while relaxing your grip and then re-grip to keep it all in.
It takes a long time, because of the slow stretch pressure. You have to be careful not to rupture blood vessels. This is very similar to clamping, although it is more manual, and more stimulating, but it tires your hands out. You can do the same thing by simply clamping.
I’m with marinara on this one, no video needed. Have you ever left the garden hose on, but with the nozzel closed? After several hours of the pressure, it gets pretty wide!
