I am new to PE(have done it for about 2 weeks). My unit is about 4.5 inches flacid. I am having trouble doing V-stretches because my unit is too small. Is there some other way to put a lot of pressure on the stretch?
My lot is 9 so I am pulling down. Is this correct?
When I try to do the V-stretch how should I do it? I mean should my head point below 9 or the base?
My workout is currently about 10 minutes stretching every day and 100 jelqs. I do the jelqs in the shower but I cant stretch there because I cant get a good grip without using paper(just pulling skin). Is it bad to use paper? Is my routine sound?
I also would like to thank you for this board. I think I have increased 1/4 of an inch already to 6 inches.
