Hey guys,
Finished 3 weeks of my newbie routine. Think I’ve noticed some very modest gains but anyway..

Now I know we are supposed to be at about 70% of an erection while jelqing but what about when doing the manual stretching. I have tried being in a semi aroused state before stretching and my spidey senses told me straight away that that was a bad idea. It just didnt feel right. But I get the feeling that it should at least be sort of big and floppy before doing stretching. When I stretch from my normal facid state it looks so thin and makes me worry that I might be doing something to decrease my girth size. Anyway, I’ve been doing it while having a big flaccid (ie when not aroused at all but there is still plenty of circulation). Is this how you guys do it?


Starting point (15 May 2011) BPE = 7.55", EG = 5.75" (biggest part at middle), EG = 5.55" (at base) EQ = Bad/low

Interim goal (ie. I would be highly satisfied with the following) BPE = 8.5", EG = 6.5" (at base), EQ = High

Long term goal (ie. It would be nice but I wouldn't be disappointed if I didnt get there and I wouldn't want to go beyond this)BPE = 9",EG = 7"

You do not want any sort of erection when you do your length stretches, I personally like to get a fat flaccid before I stretch but I don’t really have a reason other than it looks and feels better to me. You do not have to worry about losing girth while stretching for length, trust me. :)

Stretching with a 100% flaccid will not decrease your girth. I try to do them as flaccid as possible, but won’t stop if it gets a bit more plump (non-erect). It’s safer and more effective to do stretches completely flaccid.

Ok, sweet guys. That’s good to know and it will save me time as I don’t need to arouse myself and then wait for it to die down enough until it feels completely flaccid.
