A Rock and A Hard Place
So currently I am doing 100 jai, 10 mins of kegals 10 minute warm up, 3 minute double, 3 minute BTC reps, 3 flaccid bends and 12 mins of jelq SD @ 50%-60% EL
Also I have been using autoxleeve with med-thick sheath with 9oz weight.
I do that routien 4 days a week, 1 on 1 off 2 on (second day I do literally half of that routien 1 day off 1 day on.
I’m trying to get length gains, I’ve noticed that my EQ has significantly increase but gains are slowly coming to a halt, but when I try increase intensity I lose my EQ.
What’s happening? And how could I start up mu gains again? Is the decreased EQ due to the lengthening of the tunica?
