Well first off, I’ve been a lurker on these forum for a while now and I haven’t posted or anything till now. Anyways, I’ve never really had a consistent routine or anything (I’d rather stick to jelqing/stretching/kegels by the way, no pumps, strectchers, etc.) but I have noticed that the next day after performing jelqs or whatever, I get this very sharp, vertical pain for literally a second or two that spans from my lower left abdominal to the top of my penis by the base.

Now I haven’t really kept track of it and I don’t think the pain is really on my penis but it’s very close. I can still get an erection and everything, but this little problem kind of scares me. I first started jelqing for 20 minutes at half erection and threw in kegels in between. I performed this every other day with some increase in fullness the next day (or at least that’s what I felt as well as my girlfriend) Perhaps some stretches at times. Then after a while of doing it very inconsisitently, I moved on to counting each one and performing like 50-80 which some kegels which I performed in between jelqs (holds of 5 seconds every 5th jelq and sometimes 30 of them following the jelqing routine in which I would hold for 5 seconds and stop for 5 seconds). I saw better results with the latter actually, I think it made a big difference as I would wake up with a raging boner and also had some added ease of which I got an erection at.

There were times where I just did these exercises and the next day I would feel that same quick pain. My question is, knowing that most of this PE stuff is anecdotal, what do you guys think it is and do you think I should continue? Like I said other than that, I’ve had absolutely no problems. Thanks in advance! I’m reluctant to continue but I will try to perform the exercises and track everything so I/we have a better idea.

You should describe better this feeling and where is located. You say it runs to the top of the penis, then after that it really doesn’t run in the penis but just at the base….be precise since we can’t see you.

Sorry about that, I’m typing from my phone and I’m not good with English. It runs from right below my belly button straight down to the base of my penis and is a little to my left. Its sometimes so close to the base where it almost feels like it’s the center of the penis base. It’s really only happened to me around 10 times and I’ve noticed that when I stopped PE’ing for a while that it doesn’t not come back. Thanks for the quick reply! Would you say you are applying a great amount of force when you do the stretches? I know it is relative to each of us but is it a casual stretch or are you really pulling with some intensity?

Not exactly, I’m paranoid with everything little thing I do to my body so I’m always conservative when it comes to my penis. I haven’t always done stretches. I’m not entirely sure, but when I moved on to counting the jelqs instead, I also tried to be more flaccid so there’s more of a stretch effect and after I would throw in very few stretches after. Can it be maybe each jelq stretches it too much? I don’t think I’m going too hard, but like I said that’s really the only problem I have fortunately. Not too much volume.

The feeling you are describing can happen when I hang weights. That’s why I was asking the amount of force you are applying. I don’t usually feel it all the way to the belly button maybe a couple inches below.

But I can feel it going all the way down to the base of the penis. Since I hang I usually feel many things in the fat pad area. But underneath the fat pad. Most times it fans out on one side in particular but I have felt so many sensations. Just what you are describing is very familiar sounding. For someone hanging this can be micro-tears and the next day we feel soreness in the areas below the fat pad. Basically an inflammation. This feeling can last all day long. For most of us this is a very positive thing.

However, since we are dealing with an exact weight and we know precisely how much time we have a great control of it. I would be concerned doing manuals and replicating the same thing because of how much tension you could increase from one moment to another. You wouldn’t want a micro-tear to become a macro-tear because now you have an injury.

Again I am only making a guess based on similarity. The next day do you feel a warm soreness in the area above the base of your penis going towards your belly button?

It is a ligament lightly damaged, nothing to worry.

We have similar sensations indeed, it will be below the belly button. Yours is a sudden second or two, too? I’ve never felt any kind of soreness from doing PE maybe because I’ve never done it so intense. I understand what you’re saying, every other stretch/jelq can harder than the last. What I will do is keep track of my stretches/jelqs and try to gauge where I’m tugging too hard or not (perhaps on this forum). Thanks for the replies!
