How hard should the grip be when jelqing? I just don’t know if i’m doing this right. I tried it and it looked like I was just pulling the skin up and releasing then repeating the proccess. According to what I have read I have to pull blood to the top so this means I have been doing it wrong?

how hard should the pressure be? should I feel it? if you feel a little pain is this good? (since it would mean the pressure is hard enough and the blood must be getting to the top)

When you first start the pressure shouldn’t be that much and may feel like you are just pulling skin or rubbing accross it. Eventually it’ll feel like you are pushing a bubble if you are less than 80 or 90% erect though. :)

I won’t comment on how much pressure, but there is a thread from long ago that has everything you ever wanted to know about jelqing. I can’t remember where it is though, sorry.

I vary the grip pressure depending on how erect I am, where I am doing wet or dry jelqs and what kind of intensity I am aiming for.

Pain is never good. Discomfort yes, pain no.
