A question regarding intensity and soreness
Pretty neat place you lot have going on here.
Anyway, I have been into PE for roughly a month. I began with the newbie routine and then altered that to my current routine. This is as follows
AM hot wrap then half an hour stretching ( all directions including v stretches)
PM hot wrap then 30 minutes of very firm slow jelqs and then roughly 5 of minute long horse 440 squeezes. This is mixed up with massaging and dry jelqs totalling 20 mins.
I have experienced soreness only during the first week of PE, but for weeks now my penis never feels ‘worked’ (though it def is).
What does this mean? Am I headed to injury or is my intensity not high enough? Etc etc. Should I go harder? Or is it irrelevant?
