A question for great gainers

I have a question for those who have gained alot through PE.

How is your diet looks like? Do you eat more healthy or do you eat junkfoods etc?

During my 1 year journey I didn’t change my eating habits. I just ate something. But I believe that eating healthy is good for your penis.

I eat as healthy as possible. Grilled, baked meats and vegetables with fruits. No sodas- only on occasion. I usually drink water with lemon or iced tea. One cup of coffee a day. I may splurge on occasion on the weekend and have a high calorie/fat meal but go back to my healthy eating when the week begins again. I also workout 4 times a week for a 1/2 hour to an hour a day.

I have been losing weight for the last year. About 90 pounds as of this morning. I don’t eat a lot of junk food, but I don’t eat a lot of anything. Moderation is the key. 1700-2000 calories per day, get some exercise and lose weight if need be.


Start 11-11 5.75BPEL x 4.5 MSEG; 02-12 7.0 BPEL x 5.0 MSEG; 04-12 7.625 BPEL x 5.5 MSEG

Goal 7.5 BPEL x 6.0 MSEG

I would not say I eat healthy, and I know I drink way too much caffeine, and as a result, don’t sleep well.

I am not qualified to say if changing any of this would have changed my gains but I would recommend being as healthy as you can, as that is part of what this site is about, PEing in a healthy and safe way. :)

Do we have a milestone defined to become a “great gainer”? Inches gained? Percentage gain? Current stats? Some combination?

Since we’re just answering.. :) I never eat fast food and I try to eat and cook as healthy as possible, on the road or at home. Coffee twice a day. Daily exercise from 1hr - 5hr, weather and event season dependent. But I’d be WAY more fit if I’d just drop PE and use that time on the bike. :)

Well, I’m hoping to become a great gainer, someday. Whether or not diet has significant influence on gain potential is an unknown, as is much about PE. Knowing what exactly takes place on the molecular level in the penile tissues might imply a dietary strategy.

My own anecdote: Went very low carb last year (well under 100g/day). Fats—saturated and monounsaturated predominantly—comprise by far the bulk of average daily caloric intake. Protein in moderation. Trivial carbs. Sugars, refined starches, vegetable oils (highly inflammatory) are out. Maybe a sweet potato once in a while is about the starchiest, ‘carbiest’ thing I’d eat. Red meat, fatty cuts if possible, cooked rare, are foundational. Fish, eggs, butter, cream, coconut milk (real stuff in cans), coconut oil, fermented raw dairy (yogurt, cheese) are very much in. Non-starchy veggies are in, but I sure don’t obsess over them.

Ended up losing about 30lbs without effort. No additional physical activity was required. Fasting blood sugar tends into the 70s. Two meals per day can often be plenty. I’m back to my high school/college waist size. All the men in my family get the middle-age gut + high blood pressure. Not me. I learned a lot about conventional wisdom with regard to health and diet. It sort of mirrors the situation with PE (impossible, right?).

I’ve done every diet under the sun along with PE and made great gains. So long as I get at least half my lean body weight in grams of protein and keep fat relatively low or fast 4+ hrs before PE I get killer erections and heal quickly. Oddly enough fasting 12-24hrs gave me the best EQ, better than a vegan diet ever did. I use my fasted morning wood to PE and then go another 6-8hrs without anything but water before I workout. If I keep caffeine low I can smash records in the gym and still bang the freckles off a redhead within a few hours post recovery, no power lifting ED.

No but everything in moderation,i think getting into a good sleeping pattern helps not only the penis but the whole body to.

Well, a great gainer in my eyes is 1”+ in length and 0,5” in girth. I am in a great shape, exercise almost every day with cardio. I believe my fatpad is lower that 0,5”. I am just want to make sure im taking the right steps to gaining. I’m also staying away from fastfoods and i’m eating fruits, vegetables and drinking green tea with ginger..

I take note of that. I actually switched from 1 cup of coffee to green or herbal teas in the last month. (less caffeine and better for hunger suppression and I still get a little pick-up from it) On the weekends I splurge and have a coffee.

I’ve also cut my portion size in half for all meals. After nearly a year of working out regularly I’m finally starting to lose weight. 210 Lbs down to 195Lbs. Target: 180 as I’m 6’-0” tall.
