Ok im doing an average stretching and jelqing routine. i notice with 2 on 1 off when i go back to the on days i only feel a mild stretch if any at all but if i do 2 on 2 off when i get back to the on day i 100% feel the stretch again. which one of these is the more positive pi for gains ? I’m not sure.

You have to realize there is a broad spectrum of personal experience with PE, and most everybody proceeds with a less than ideal understanding of what is required for the best gains. When you offer your personal observation and specific sensations it can be very vague to most of us and we would just be guessing at what is best. So, proceed with what feels right for you and evaluate a long the way what to improve. We cannot offer you much more on the info you provided, its new and you will have to proceed based on what you have read and your personal experience.
