I’ve made a few posts already, but I think a proper introduction is in order. Been lurking the forum since earlier this year when I was researching alternatives to possibly buying an extender (a la Andropenis or the Fastsize), but I hopped on when I saw registrations were opening.

From my handle, you can all conclude that I’m Asian. Obviously, there’s a lot of crap I’ve taken over the years for being in the stereotype of having a small dick, but I’ve come to accept that as not being true. Still, it doesn’t make me feel better when I look down at my piece. 5” isn’t embarrassing, but I do believe after watching enough porn that I’d like a bigger dick, not just for the ladies but for my own self-esteem. Hello, it’s my first post here. I’ve been reading about PE quite some time and stumbled to this forum some months ago. I’ll give my 2 cents also.

I’ve been doing for some time PE, without some proper program, just randomly stretching and jelqing. I’m sure I have gained a little girth and length. Good is that I have discovered kegels some months ago. Before that I thought that stopping urinating or ejaculating with PC muscle is bad and could lead to ureter inflammation. I bet that it’s not true because every website and doctors recommend doing kegels. Kegels are awesome! My cock is harder and I last longer I even almost can hold back my ejaculation and shoot whenever I want. Recently I ejaculated in a position and my semen flew on head and even beyond it. That’s far..

As for exercises I’m doing a 5 minute warm up with warm cloth. I pour hot water on the cloth when it’s on my cock.

Then I start stretching. Firstly forward, I hold with fingers my head about 1 minute straight , then I pull a little more, hold for 1 minute and pull again even more forward. After that I massage my shaft for a minute with fingers, then I stretch to the left and do the same 1 minute pulling routine. Then I stretch to the right, next I stretch up and lastly I stretch down.

When I stretch straight up or straight forward and squeeze my PC muscle , then my cock pushes itself back (this is called LOT?). But when I pull down, and while squeezing PC muscle, the cock doesn’t push itself back. I’ve read it somewhere on the forum cause suspensory ligament isn’t affected in a position of straight down.

After that I do about 200 jelqs and then warm down with warm cloth.

What I haven’t gotten so far is the difference between tunica and lig stretching. What am I doing right now? If with 1 hand I pull my head straight forward or up and with other hand I grab in the middle of the shaft and push back? Will it be tunica stretching?

Even if these exercises don’t give any gains, they give good stamina to cock.

Oh and last one, I don’t get the bone pressed measuring, what’s the point of it? The visible part is most important and anyway you can enter inside woman’s vagina furthest with your EL, not BPEL.

Yeah, I know, but when you’re watching you sometimes imagine that’s your dick doing the action. They’re not an ideal per se.

I’m also new to the forum. But, have been doing PE for about 2 months. Just stick with it and you will grow, and porn stars are not normal and I believe the camera angles give an illusion.
