A Noob with a lot of questions.
I’ve known about PE for a while and am deciding to take a dedicated run at groiwng my cock. I am 7” BPEL 5.25”NBPEL and 5” MSEG. I am pretty over weight so I have pretty poor blood flow, poor EQ and a large fat pad so I’m positive my size would increase just from healthy living and maybe strengthening my pelvic floor. My long term goal is 8” NBPEL (which would probably be 8.5-9” BPEL at a healthy weight I’m guessing) and 6” MSEG. I also want to focus on making my head and base girth fatter. How do I attack this? I know they’re are different muscles in the pelvic floor, which ones will make my member harder and which muscles make me last longer? What exercises focus on these goals?
