I have taken a keen interest in PE, and started the linear routine today! I am very excited :)

Of course, as a newbie I have a long road ahead, and I am planning on sharing my experience here so I can learn from others and vise versa.

I am taking it very slowly since I want to prevent injury. Also, I want to study the physiological indicators of my unit in a meticulous manner, so that I can built a consistent and coherent routine.

My approach :

I do PE at Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will eventually try 2 on 1 off when it seems necessary.

( I am using olive oil at the moment )

1. Hot shower

2. Loosening the area up by massage

3. 20-30 jelqs, (adding 10 each week)

4. Washing oil of, warming down plus light massage.

Done, simple

I notice slight discomfort, my unit is a little larger than usual and a small vein seems more apparent than usual by popping out but my guess is that it’ll be gone tomorrow.

I hope this post isn’t insignificant, as I am just one of a great many. However, I will stick to PE and keep this thread going.

Beginning stats :

BPEL : 7.1 inch
EG : 5.3 inch

Edit: since you are at low jelqs count you can try to do them inside the shower. I don’t know how is it for others, but my jelqs are better performed in shower, rather than with olive oil. Ofcourse once you reach big number for jelqs it is more convinient to do it outside the shower. You can try and see how it feels.

First Observations

Thank you for welcoming me!

After my first session yesterday, I have had no morning wood, and my Erection quality is lower. On the other hand, my unit hangs larger. It seems negative but I will see if these Pi’s will be followed up by positive Pi’s or not. I consider it could also be adaptation?

I was planning on waiting until Wednesday, and then follow the schedule strictly. What are your thoughts?

Well, if you notice your EQ is negatively effected after your routine, that is not good, especially because your routine is very light and you shouldn’t feel any discomfort whatsoever.

Rethink how tight is your grip and how strong do you jelq, that may be the cause.

:/ Hmm, alright. I’ll wait until everything seems okay and start again with a loose grip and increase tightness over time.

You are right, it takes some time to develop the technique, but it comes naturaly so no need to worry about that. :)

Your exercise needs to be pleasurable and comfortable, no hardcore things at all and your EQ should be back to normal today or tomorrow, I don’t think you could ovetrain your unit so easily with this routine, unless you did something else.

I proceeded with the routine with a loose grip. No negative Pi’s except for slightly weaker erection.

I also noticed an reoccurring ache after shaking hands with the president. I don’t like it but I am either highly perceptive to any sensation or these are the effects of my unit adapting which just goes unnoticed in the majority of the cases OR PE is not for me.

How tight is your grip? Keep in mind the reps you chose are at a very low number, so you really shouldn’t feel much fatigue or soreness at all. Lighter. Your best gains are right before the level of that soreness, don’t push the line too far so early or it won’t work and will be harder later.

My grip is just a little tighter than it is during masturbation, I don’t notice my glans expanding at all. I also try to pressurize solely the sides of the shaft so I won’t damage my nerves.

Maybe I shouldn’t be jelqing just yet, maybe I should investigate how blood moves around my corpora cavernosa first so I can develop the proper consciousness..

I feel like I have a very sensitive unit :/ However, I won’t stop. I put my good faith into this, and will pursue to find the perfect routine. I consider stopping masturbation so I can allow more healing to take place. I don’t plan on hurting myself either, I treat my unit like it ought to be treated. It’s the only one I’ll ever have

Did some jelqing yesterday, no morning wood today though my unit hangs large and soft.

I am getting a little frustrated, how come I have these effects of just 20 jelqs?? My grip isn’t tight at all, and my erection level isn’t even near 50%

Tell me, is PE not for me?
Or is jelqing just not for me?
