A Newbie Routine
Well, after a month of doing the newbie routine rather lightly just to get familiar with the exercises and everything, I think I’m ready to start a fairly more intense routine:
Stretching : 15repx50s Up,Down,Left,Right,Forward (15mins total)
Kegeling around a 100 reps some other time during the day.
Going for 3on/1off
Thoughts and comments would be appreciated.
