I was shocked at the great results achieved by members when I stumbled across this forum.. Well done guys, definitely gave me hope!!
A few things I’m curious about though.
Are the gains really permanent? (Meaning has anyone kept their gains with no PE). Or do you have to always do a maintenance program? The reason I ask is because some members who have exceeded their goals and seem to have penis size above 8x6 seem to be training harder than anyone, is that to maintain the huge size or are they actually trying to get much bigger than that?
Also, I would always take my measurement on a rest day, to measure real progress, is this what everyone does? As surely measuring beginning size then months later measuring jelqed flaccid or a pumped erection with cock ring can’t count as gains. Just curious as to what everyone else does/thinks?

2 weeks ago I started at BPEL 5.1 EG 4.5, and after newbie routine I’ve definitely got a bigger flaccid and it feels thicker erect but same on tape, my goal is 6x5

If you PE long enough to cement your gains, most of it will be permanent. Much like weight training my body is forever altered. Now if I stop going to the gym there’s no way I’ll go back to being 156lbs like I was when I started lifting.

Yes measure a few days without any PE activity.

Many won’t go near to what Titleist did. That’s why I respect him. He wanted it he got it. Your goal is very realistic. As for your questions I agree with Titleist.

Yes or no. It depends on many factors. Why take the risk? So, yes.

I’m not really sure what motivates him but I believe his success has something to do with having a certain type of personality. Call it drive, ambition or faith but some people just have what it takes mentally to achieve success no matter the odds. Someone posted that PE success is 95% mental 5% physical. I tend to agree with this assessment.
