Gidday everyone, Cocky here from Brisbane Australia I’m 55, fit as a horse but not hung like one (6”L and 5”G) but wanna be! And have been into the newbie program for just a week.

Is it harder for us old cocks to grow a bigger cock? I really don’t care, I think the jelqing and stretching is good for me any way.
And I do think it’ll work it seems to make sense.

But I just wondered if there are other old guys (I’m not old I’m just living longer) who are into the program and are getting good results.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place Cocky. Some feel that the younger guys have a more difficult time with gains because their tissues are still “elastic” and tend to rebound after the pressure stretching of the jelq or after manual tugs. While the older guys (I”ll be 55 in a few weeks) tend to gain easier. I did active PE for only about six months three years ago and gained an inch in length and about half an inch in girth. You’ll see an improvement in your erection quality soon and, if you’re careful not to overdo it, gains should follow after that.

Welcome Cocky! You have found a great resource in Thunders. Age is a state of mind. Consistency, work ethic, dedication over time are really what is takes to reach PE goals. Being a bit more mature may actually be to your benefit as you have probably already learned discipline and patience over the years.

I started back in July 2005 at the age of 63 my stats at the time was BPEL 5.25” EG 4.0” and as of January 1,2006 my stats are BPEL 7.250” EL 5.825” so what I’am trying to say is, that age dosen’t matter much. Patients and Consistency is the key to gains


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Wow cclark, they are some pretty hefty gains, nice going. There’s proof Cocky that that age is no barrier. I’m pretty sure that a lot of the younger chaps on here haven’t experienced gains to that extent.

There is a big problem for guys starting at an older age and that is regretting that they (I) didn’t know about this sooner. But there is no age discrimination as far as gains go.

Damn CC, they are great gains! Can you tell us what sort of regime you followed?

And welcome Cocky008. I’m not far behind you in years and, although nothing significant has been happening for me yet, I remain extremely optimistic. I’m over in Perth so let’s hope, for both our sakes, we can get a bit of ‘Down Under” action happening in the near future!

My Routine

Hi Shintaro,

You Asked about my routine, well this is what I do 5 days a week.

After warming up the pubic area, I do 20 minutes of wet Jelqing and 5minutes of dry Jelqing then I start with my stretching. This is for 5 minutes, after this I set up for my hanging session. I start out with 3-20 minutes set of 15 lbs, after I relax for 5 minutes then I go into my next set. I bump up the weight to 20 lbs and do 3-10 min sets with this weight, then have another 5 min rest period. My next 2-20 min sets are with 25 lbs. All the sets that I do are either SD,SO,BTC and OTS. Also I use ADS of 2.0 lbs durring my sleep time.

This is about what I do during a days work out. I hope that I have help to answer your question.

That’s interesting CC. In my reading here I don’t think I’ve come across that sort of routine much…one in which you increase the wieght systematically during one session (maybe I just haven’t read enough!). Anyway, that sounds like something I’ll try soon once I get my weight up a bit. I’m hanging at about 9 lbs at the moment and I think I need a bit more conditioning (both mentally and physically!) to get up to 20lbs + !

Oh and one more thing, what hanger are you using?
