A newbie, doing something wrong - SURPRISE

This is my first post. I just turned 18, and as far as I can tell I’m still growing. I started PE a couple of weeks ago, but I think I’m doing something wrong. I’m following the newbie routine, by the way.

First - I’m getting small red spots near the base of my penis during PE. They look like little angry blood vessels to me, but I don’t know exactly what they are.
Second - PE is giving me temporary ED. My penis is fairly unresponsive and doesn’t reach full erection unless I really work at it. Erection subsides quickly as well. I’ve never had any problems with erections before starting PE. The effect wears off once I stop doing PE for two or three days. I read something on here that said ED through PE is a sign of an overworking of the penis while stretching. Which leads me to my next question:
How do I know whether I’m overdoing it? I can’t tell whether my OK grip is good (in that it’s trapping blood well) until I feel pinching of the urethra. Should I not be feeling pinching?

That being said, my flaccid size increases by quite a bit while doing PE. It’s probably just the effect of the warm-up.

Oh, and another question: How much pressure is applied with the BTC stretch? I’ve been accidentally cutting off blood supply to my penis with it, so I’m guessing I’m overdoing it, once again.

AND, one more question: I have very weak BC muscles. I have a decent sized penis (18 centimeters by 16.2 centimeters), but no strength to use it whatsoever. The recommended 50 kegels at 5 seconds each is very difficult for me. After a few, I can’t hold them for any length of time. What does yous all recommend I do as an alternative?

How much are you doing?

Start with as many kegels as you can do, take a minute or two rest, and repeat.
Just like any other exercise, some are weaker than others and need to build up.

Ok. You just misquoted a sentence that was constructed poorly on purpose. After your highly observant incorrect grammar discovery was made, did you stop and think about why such a simple error was made at the end of an otherwise grammatically correct paragraph?

English isn’t my first language. If I make a *real* mistake with my grammar, I will appreciate any corrections you care to make. Avoid stupid stuff like your above post, though.

I have no idea. I just apply pressure until I can tell the grip is doing something.
I’ve always been rough in handling my penis. I’m a rough sex kind of guy as well. I know that I’m using too much pressure, but I don’t know how much pressure I should be using, or how to tell when I am at that level.

Yeah you are probably overdoing it. Both the red spots and the temporary ED are common signs of overdoing it, I’ve experienced both myself a few times. If you are doing a good level of PE your erections should get harder, better flaccid length the next day, etc.

I can say that for the first week or so that I jelqed, I was squeezing way too hard and I lost my erection in the middle of the session. After I began loosening up the grip a little, I began to see that I was able to proceed all the way through my session with a full erection or at least an erection that I could control and keep where I wanted it to be. My advice to you would be to grip your Johnson with the same amount of grip that you would holding a gallon of water or milk. It’s a secure grip but you’re not squeezing like you’re trying to choke someone. Harder is not better in this case. Just enough is the key. Good luck homie.

Thanks for that link. I read that before, but I couldn’t find it again.

Another question: Can I finish off a session with, well, finishing off? After so much stimulation, it’s hard to avoid it.

There is a lot of controversy over the masturbation and coming effecting gains. I would say that the majority of people here try not to come within at least an hour of their workout. This is because they think that the energy used during ejaculation is being wasted rather than repairing their dick and helping them gain.

Also, welcome and good luck Tachyon.

Your grip is to hard. Don’t do BTC yet wait on that one. If 50 jelqs are to much try 30. Skip a few days see if your erection quality goes back up. As far as kegels go do as many as you can and hold the kegel as long as you can. This will strengthen your erection in time. Rome was not built in a day.

PE is self exploration you got to get a feel to it. Some guys can do 400-600 hundred jelqs and grow. Others only need 50. But everyone will benefit from a softer grip. No greater than the grip used to jerk off with.

TE - Welcome. I am also fairly new to PE and find that even the newbie routine was too aggressive for me. I have better results (in terms of EQ, flaccid hang, sensitivity and growth) by easing up on the jelqs. As kingpole states, everyone is different. I have seen good growth in 3 months (1/2 inch in length and girth), but still on jelq every other day and do not jelq more than 100 reps. It doesn’t help to have a large unit if it don’t work. Always watch the PIs. Listen to these guys - their advice is sound!

It’s really easy to overdo it in the first month or two but also check you are using enough lube: friction can cause red spots and near the base is more likely to be friction than over-exertion.

Why do you guys think you can manhandle the equipment.

Back WTF off and rest for a full week at least. Don’t start again until there is no sign of any NEG. PIs at all.
