A newbie, doing something wrong - SURPRISE

Sorry, but I’ve got to do another update. After posting that last message, I did a very light workout. I waited for several hours, then tried to masturbate. BUT, I found that I still was experiencing the ED I described earlier in this thread. My flaccid length looks fine (I’m a major grower, but after PE I have an unusually large flaccid length), but my erection quality is very poor. Like I said, I did a *very* light routine, and yet I’m still experiencing the same problem. What could I be doing wrong?

ED a bigger problem than I thought

The post-newbie-routine ED I mentioned in an earlier thread hasn’t gotten any better for me. I’ve ramped down the jelqing pressure, intensity, time in - everything, but it’s just as bad as it ever was. My routine is ridiculously light at this point. I *did not* have pre-existing ED problems before trying PE, and when I take a long enough break (several days - typically 3-4) my penis returns to it’s normal, healthy (and erect) self. What could I possibly be missing?

That’s a catch 22 with PE. Your erections will suffer (for many people) with PE but if you are normal in 4 days that count your blessings it’s nothing more serious.

Consider yourself fortunate you may be one of those guys that grow on very little PE.

What is happening is your over training.

Perhaps a 3 day schedule would be better Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Keep the grips ridiculously lite if you have to.

Warm up and do stretches. Don’t pull hard or fast but slow and static.

When the penis is fully extended hold it at this extended position for about 30 seconds.

And don’t do anymore than 50 jelqs 3-5 seconds in duration.

Now you may want to do about 50 kegels.

Warm down.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Hi,

I am finding out I am the same way. Used to be able to do alot of pe 5 days or more on, etc… BUT now I am finding out if I do more than 20 minutes a day three days a week I get ED. In fact less. In fact we might be the ones who can do ten minutes a day and grow. I rest many days and see the gains when my unit heals. I am going to do what KingPole reccomends.

Listen to all the adfvice here. PE is an expereince the whole way through; you’ll continually learn new things all the time, about yourself and PE itself. Some people can only go one day on and one day off-many times-less is more, and you should always back off for atleast a few days if something seems wrong. It took me a year to figure out how to jelq properly and now I only do about two hundred dry jelqs. Everyone is different, and I am one of those gainers who only need to do about twenty minutes combined in a day, 2 or 3 times a week.

Been Thinking about this more an I actually think I can only do ten intense minutes a day three days a week. The less I do the more my balls and flaccid hang low. The harder, longer and thicker my erections. It is an interesting thing this PE. Thankfully we have this site.

Regarding the so called negative PIs - if (when) I continue to have them (ED), will it be safe to continue at it? I need to recover from a *single* light routine. Cutting down on session number will help, but I’ll be deliberately working a dysfunctional penis if I use even a 3 day schedule. If the ED doesn’t diminish I have no choice but to stop entirely, correct?

Tach,

I would say stop UNTIL your erections are back on track. Then, start up with something very light(as Kingpole said.) I’m saying 25, 30, 40, 50 jelqs, whatever, just make sure it’s LIGHT! Go at it from an undertraining point of attack.

Then build from that, slowly. If you feel your dick hasn’t healed, don’t work it out.

There has to be a baseline routine that makes your dick feel BETTER! After you find that, you will have to walk the wire so to speak(re-read Memento’s reply to you.)

Good Luck
