The problem with PE is the sweet spot is just below the injury spot.

The other problem with PE is when you’re starting out you won’t be able to tell the difference between these two spots.

It’s indeed a pleasure reading and absorbing the comments from all of you. In my exercising, I’m somewhat still skeptical because of my lack of encouragement in this area. I have Type II Diabetes and experience ED about 50% of the time. And I am also very desperate to increase growth both in girth and length.

Recently, I somehow have injured myself just under the head. There’s a seemingly thin piece of skin just under the head that connects the head to the shaft (at lease on me there is). I’ve somehow stretched and torn it in a place. I think it has come from both pumping with a penis pump (I haven’t lately), and possibly pushing too hard inside of my partner (she like it very deep and I think her last partner was thicker and longer). So, you can see my discouragement.

Has anyone else stretched or torn this little piece under the head? If so, what helps it to heal?

Sounds like the frenulum: http://en.wikip edia.org/wiki/F … repuce_of_penis . If you’re circumcised, how much frenulum you have left varies. You may find some useful information about healing in the Injuries / Treatments forum.

I would suggest that you do Kegels. If you can’t do 50 Kegels at five second each, do what you can do, and give yourself adequate rest between sessions.

I don’t want to be rude, but I have to ask - this is an “adult” website. We’re all 18+, supposedly. Why should we need grammar policing? Can’t we all just.. Spell correctly?

I’ve got another question. I stopped PE for a few days. I continue to masturbate once a day at the most. The ED isn’t improving as I hoped it would. It’s better, but my erection level is nowhere near my typically very hard and firm state. I won’t start up PE again until my penis is thoroughly recovered, but I’m not sure that that’s going to very successful unless I do something about it. Does anyone have experience nursing an overworked penis back to proper health? If so, do I wait it out (after an unusually poor recovery period) or do I stimulate it manually?

Your first post was the 25th. It is now the 28th. Give it some time. Read the FAQ on the PIs for reference. Always watch your PIs. They let you know when to work out and when to ease back.

I had stopped a few days before. It’s been a full work week, at least. I plan on resting further. I was just wondering if there’s anything that can be done to supplement it. It just seems like there should be more to recuperation than inactivity.

Alright, re-starting PE today. We’ll see how it goes.
