Well hello there,

I finally decided to post something here ;) Guess it will also be a bit easier for me to track my gains once I begin.
So, I am practically a newbie. Tried PE two times but without any bigger success. Actually at first I guess I wasted three months because of lack of knowledge, and at the second time I just dropped it, after a month or so - although I noticed a visible increase when flaccid, and my penis felt better.
Well, trying to get on track finally ;)

My measurements (erect only, will update it, as I rarely measure flaccid):

>> BPEL: 5.7 inches
>> EG (mid): 4.1 inches

Nothing special I guess ;)

My goal is to get the most in girth.
Would appreciate any advice about the routine.

I want to concentrate on jelqing as that’s the exercise I am able to do at home (as I still live with my mum and I would affect my discipline, unwilling to run in to her doing some hanging etc. ;) ).

OK, so here is what I want to do.

1. Warm-up in the shower (hot) for 10-20 minutes.
2. 3-5 mins stretching (20-30 secs in each direction)
3. 200 jelqs 80-100% hard (I noticed not to feel like gaining much, not even flaccid, doing lower than that) + 20 jelqs every week. In series of 20, with a few sec break to regain hardness (it’s difficult for me to do more strokes that hard).
4. 20 jelq squeezes, 30 secs each. Adding a few each week.
5. Once again 3-5 mins of stretching flaccid.
6. And a hot shower, with a relaxing massage afterwards.

So - any advice?

My goals are (6 months):

>> BPEL: 6.5 inches
>> EG (mid): 4.75 inches

What do you think? Achievable? ;)

Looks pretty solid. Ease up on the erection for jelqs abit. About 75% is pretty good for girth without risking injuries.

Goals for 6 months; looks like it can be done. Go for it.

Just remember to stick with it.

You may want to consider reducing the jelqs by 1/2, and then adding more. Doing too many jelqs wasted a lot of my time when I started. I wish I would have started with less and worked up to it. You could add 20 each session if you wanted, or you may find that 80-100 is enough for a while.

I have endured some pain and no gains from 90-100% erect jelqs.

In my opinion, your goals are definitely achievable.

I measured my self once again and my BPEL is 6,1” - so actually a bit bigger than I told. Guess that I will aim now for about 7 inches. Hope can do that ;)
Anyway, length is not that bothers me the most - girth is more important to me, so I’ll concentrate on strong jelqs and squeezes.

Well if I make any progress, will surely post on that.

OK, so I am after the first week. I do have some promising results already, though I try to keep being realistic - this is probably a small newbie bonus, as the pressure led to better blood flow in my small friend ;)
On the other hand, during each of both of my previous experiences (3 and 1 month) I didn’t get any noticeable results, so I guess it is worth mentioning. Hope they will get only better.

Either way, for now the measurements are:

BPEL: 6.3” (was 6.1”)
EG (mid): 4.3” (was 4.1”)

My routine consists in 90% of strong jelqs, just on the verge of jelq-squeezes actually. I put a lot of pressure and try to continue each move between 3 and 6 seconds, about 100-120 times in series from 20 to 40. I don’t do as much stretching as I planned - only a few times in each direction, for about 2-3 minutes (10-30 secs per each). Warm-up in a hot shower.

Will continue to update my results.
