A new way of walking.
I just started doing more manual stretches lately. The last few days I have been doing them while I walk to the mail box, out to the garden and such. I don’t have any neighbors, but if I did, I suppose I could do the stretches under a long coat while I walked.
The thing I like about walking and stretching is I am getting three things done at once, stretching, getting somewhere, and exercising. The stretch feels like it is more effective. It feels like the different ligaments are being involved with every step I take. It just seems like a good way to do them.
