Hello to every1. This is my first post and the first day here as a member. Guys I will appreciate if it won’t be hard for you to guide me through this website because English is my second language. I tried PE on my own but I failed it, almost got my dick hurt.This website offers so many different techniques I actually got confused. Answer some of my questions please :
What is proven to be best technique to PE for starters? I would like to PE both conditions hard and relaxed.
I’m 21 and recently I quit smoking. My dick works find but sometimes I face the problem of going soft. Sometimes I have very hard and big erection sometimes I’m even ashamed to look at it. Is there anyway I can boost my erection, and endurance during sex? I would like to have 3-5 rounds per night.
I lift very heavy weights at the gym. Does weightlifting affects PE or erection?
How long do I have to weight before getting actual PE results?
