Hi Guys,

Right well it’s basically I’m 21, I’ve been working in some dead end crappy jobs for the last few yrs since leaving school and really lacked the motive to get out of my comfort zone.

I’ve now made the decision now to go back and study at university.

Number of reasons: Hated my job, split up with bitch of a gf, need a new challenge etc..

Sooooooo it’s also time to unleash myself on everything uni has to offer, which includes plenty of chicks :P

I purchased a starter hanger of bib about 3 months ago, but still haven’t bloody started PEing yet!

This is the kick start I’ve needed to get on the band wagon and say lifes too short to get to ur 50s and go, why didn’t I do that or this..

So it’s time to take my johnny average cock to the next level!

So I wanted to ask if you guys have any tips for me it would be much appreciated, obviously I’m guna be looking to get going with the newbie routine asap!

It would be appreciated if you posted some of you’re own routines when you first started out!

I’m feeling pretty much the way you are at the moment. Time to get motivated in eveything.

Yes start with the newbie routine for a while before hanging, at least to condition the penis. Try to be consistent with your routine, but if you miss a day here and there don’t get hung up about it. So many time I’ve missed a day and said oh fuck it and stopped for a while then 2 months later I think shit if I had kept at it I could have been gaining by now! Listen to your penis, if you feel you need a rest then take it.

Start with the newbie routine first before you get into hanging, that’s an advanced exercise and you can injure yourself. Jelqs and pulls will work great early in the game and many guys see substantial gains for just the newbie routine in the first few months. Do them until you stop seeing gains and then it’s safe to move onto things like hanging.
