A New and VERY effective stretch

Ok first off.. I did indeed search through ALOT of new stretches threads and did not find anything like this.

It is basically an Fake Arm V-Stretch only modified.

Ok.. If you do not know what an Fake Arm Stretch or an V-Stretch is then please use the quick start guide thread at the home page and read about it.

This stretch will REALLY HIT YOUR TUNICA like nothing else.

First set up your Fake Arm V-Stretch like you normally would do.. Now slide the Fake Arm (you can use a broom stick or pipe or what ever you like) up closer to your glands while still holding the stretch, this will create a gap near the base of the shaft. Now with your free hand grasp you shaft near the base where you created space. Now you should have one hand grasping behind the glands stretching, then the Fake Arm then your other free hand grasping the base. Now stretch normally as you would doing a V-Stretch but act as if your going to pull your penis with your second hand at the base up and out of the stretch creating a stretch at the base, mid shaft. And right behind the glands.

So your pulling with both hands.. Don’t forget that.

Please if you have any questions ask, and if this has already been created then let me know, and I’m sorry in advance.

Either way this stretch is very intense and you should be very careful with this because of the amount of force you can create with 2 hands.

Could you please elaborate on this stretch? I couldn’t find any threads containing ‘fake arm stretch.’ If you could go into details about how to do this stretch, it would help me out.

Ok well first off I want to ask you how long you’ve been PEing for…

If you are infact just starting, then I strongley encourage you and anyone else that is a newbie and is considering trying this stretch, to start with the newbie routine first then slowly work your way up to the more technical stretches.

As far as what an Fake Arm Stretch is, well in short there are some stretches that require you to wrap your penis over or under your forearm to aid in a deeper stretch by creating an angle. A fake arm stretch is just simply replacing your arm with something such as a broom stick or something, and use that object instead of your arm to stretch.

Any vets or anyone else feel free to comment on this or add to this if I’m leaving anything out.

I thought that was an aided A stretch.

I have been doing aided A stretches for a while, but I’ve never moved the broom stick to the head. I think I’ll give it a try.

This is the first time I saw this type of stretch called a Fake Arm stretch. Funny name.

What you described 7.5goin is a form of a two way stretch, but more intense. This is definitely not newbie material. And although this is not truly revolutionary, congratulations on your innovation!

a better name for this exercise could be ‘Two way fulcrum (or aided) stretch’. I tried it a couple of months ago, but I didn’t like so much. For some reasons, it seems not hitting tunica neither ligs in optimal way - just my feeling. However, avoid pulling with the stick near the glans, you could irritate nerves.

thanks for the comments guys, but i do want to add something. when you push the fake arm up closer to the glands i do not mean right up on it i mean more along the lines of somewhere near mid shaft. i also thought of negatives of this stretch and it seems to me you have to have 8” or more of fsl and above to do this correctly.

i would also like to know if this stretch has a name already, and if anyone has taken any time to try this stretch.

I would love to see comments by the time i get home from work.

well I just made this up yesterday morning so I have not had any length gains that i know of yet. However i do notice that my shaft feels looser, and worked out without fatigue at all, no turtling what so ever. I’ll keep incorporating this into my routine so I can see if its has effects in length, erection angle, quality etc. I’ll keep you guys posted on my progress though.

so right now the only thing I can see is that everything feels looser than normal. In a good way though haha :)

Has anybody tryed this yet? I would love to hear your feed back if you have.

Well depending on the size of your hands you might need more.. because my hands are are pretty much 3.75” in width, when you do this stretch you grab your dick with both hands. so obviously you need at LEAST an inch of space between your hands for the fake arm. So if your hands are as big as mine then you need more dick haha. Catch my drift.

so if you do the math.. 3.75” times 2 hands plus the extra inch for the fake arm. then you get 8.5” of dick you need for this stretch…
