A month into PE

A month into PE

I haven’t had any positive/negative gains in a month.. not really to discouraged i will keep PEing because the thought of a bigger meat is exciting!

5 Minute Warm up
5 30second stretches
Went from 25 to 50 now to 75 3second jelqzs
5 Minute Cool down

Got a little blood spotting… should i just keep with this routine and just take it easy?

And for measuring Bone pressed length should i push the measure’er into my skin or just let it
rest on the skin of my pelvis?

Current Stats: Goal Stats For Now:

BPEL = 6.5" BPEG = 4.75" BPEL = 7" BPEG = 5.5"

Sounds good enough to me, but why don’t do some Kegel’s? They can’t hurt.Little red spots are quite normal first times, but if you are having them yet maybe you are gripping too tight in your jelqs.

You should push - or better said, press: that’s why we call it Bone Pressed ;) . That’s a more accurate measure to track by, if it’s clear what I mean.
