Well I have been PE’ing for about a month now. I have noticed morning wood is a lot harder and I think it might be my eyes playing a trick on me but the middle of the shaft looks to have grown out some. It kind of resembles a baseball bat. I haven’t taken any measurements yet but I can already tell something is working. Oh in case anyone might be wondering I have just been doing the newbie routine. 5 min rice sock. 10 min stretch. 200 jelqs (wet or dry depending on the mood). 200 kegels. And 5 min cool down.

Congrats on your first month. The baseball bat effect is not uncommon and is a good sign that you are doing things correctly. Continue doing what you are doing and good things will happen.

A small amount of training can give you big results. Luckily, I can’t train much or it will be overtrained. I’m doing the newbie routine too, but with 300 jelqs and no kegels.
It worked when I first started, and it works now. In the middle, I’ve been tryin all kinds of routines. Stupid me I quit the newbie routine.
