All you did was have sex and masturbate? Wow ! must be nice. No just kidding aside. The rest
should have given your unit time to repair itself. If you read my thread, I went 6 weeks of PEing
and 2 weeks off, only doing squeezes and piss pulls. This is my theory, your penis needs time
to rest and heall. Once that is done and you resume PEing, you will have a fresh and healthy
unit to work with. Too many members here think more is better and they end up putting a lot
of trauma on their units to the point of plateauing. Once you plateau, it can take week, even
months to over come.

Start off slowly as if you are a newbie.

When I first started the Newbie Routine I started because I wanted to keep my penis healthy and get really good EQ. I wasn’t too interested in increasing my size. When I did I thought, “Wow! I wonder JUST how big I can get it.” Then I went overboard - definitely too much, too fast. Now that I am restarting the routine I will keep the mentally that I originally had, “aim for good EQ and let everything else take it’s course.” I hope the supplements aid in recovery time. When I plateau I will be in touch with you to see what you would recommend I do.

Just remember, dedication and consistency is the key to all of this. You must keep a positive mind set that the exercises are working
in some form or another. Remember, your mind can tell your body that things are not working, just like your muscles will learn a body
building work out. S, you must change your mind set. You probably will not plateau if you gradually ease yourself into other exercises,
but that is a couple months down the road. Remember, if it is working for you, DO NOT! change a thing. Do not disrupt what is working.
You are know better now and you are resuming PEing a lot smarter. Lessons learned.

Hey, I am only one of many vets here. We are old and have paved the way, many before me, We know how to do this.

This is so easy if you set you mind on wanting to meet a goal. Just picy a realistic goal like maybe a 1/4 inch, once that

is met, go for another 1/4 inch. Meeting those small goals are a win. Those many small goals become big. Be realistic

dude, do not get to big to ruin so much for your self. Sex/foreplay….ect.

tntjockey said it. Don’t worry, be happy. Everything in moderation. Gains come when you least expect them sometimes.

Questions: I’m in recovery for sex addiction and my therapist recommended I give up sex and masturbation for 90 days. How do you think this will affect my progress and is there anything that you would recommend I do to make up for the lack of that type of PE?

I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine with ~60% erection level and I do between 170-180 jelqs in 10 minutes. Yesterday I had more of an erection and I did less jelqs; about 70-80 less.
I think need to focus on doing a higher quantity of jelqs only because I don’t want to pull too hard. I feel like when I first started PE, and when I got good gains, it came from not jelqing too hard and doing more reps with less pressure. The thing I’m having trouble with now is finding and maintaining the right level of erection. Too hard of an erection and I feel compelled to pull harder and go slower.

Thoughts?
