A Little Trick I Learned

At the end of a routine, my dick turtles, so I was looking for a way to counter-act this. I don’t own an ADS, so I came up with a simple solution. I lie down sideways with one leg stacked on top of the other. I then stretch out my penis and place it between my legs. Since my legs are kind of chunky (6 feet, 190lbs [me, not my legs]), I usually put a pillow between my knees to reduce the amount of weight and pressure on my penis. While in this position, I can watch TV, surf the net, or even take a nap. Hopefully this little trick can help someone.

That’s generally called a “bed Fowfer”.

Well done, but it’s already a known exercise now, like redbear mentioned. But still it’s good that you figured it out by yourself. If you get any other ideas keep us updated.

Another stretch people do is BTC stretch, between the cheeks haha, you stretch the penis down and between your bum cheeks then you sit on it for a few minuites to get a stretch. It’s also called the lazy stretch or something :)

I do a similar thing but when I put it between my legs/cheeks I sit on a chair. Basically the same thing (you must do it with the penis on one side of the sack, or things will get horribly wrong when you sit on your balls) but I usually use the PC after my PE and for that I prefer to be sitting. :)

Is there a pe dictionary for all the major terms and techniques? I still don’t know exactly what ‘turtle’ means. I imagine it means when the penis retracts so you don’t see much of it except for the head. But are there degrees of ‘turtle’? I am usually upset when after doing a great stretch to watch it recoil to a shorter length.

I’m so lucky I never really have to worry about turtling since I’m a shower ;) But yeah bed fowfers are a pretty decent exercise to stop turtling. Big Girtha loves them!

Oh and aegi turtling is exactly what you said. After PE some guys their dick gets shorter, like for some almost retreats back into the fatpad. Some people believe this should be avoided or it will heal in that position yielding no gains. I personally don’t believe it really. But hey if the more time your dick is stretched out the more likely you will get gains.

Are “Lazy Ass Stretch” and Bed Fowfers bad if done extensively?

I’m with the impression that in order to eliminate turtling and help gains (as I’ve read that if recovery occurs while the dick is turtled it really hinders gains) one has to either know the exact time period in which recovery occurs in order to do fowfers then OR do fowfers really, really often. Probably most of us newbies have only the second option, but is extensive “fowfering” bad for the balls or penis. I spend most of my time either sitting or lying down (when sleeping) so I’m able to do fowfers almost 20 out of 24 hours (although at night it’s almost certain that I’ll change my position and lose my fowfer-stance (lol, that sounded almost like an RPG game term)) but how much exactly is a healthy amount of hours to do fowfers for?

All I know is that fowfers hurt my balls so I don’t do them. You need to take your dick out after a while to let fresh blood circulate so every 10-15 minutes or so. But really I don’t think fowfers will do much really since there’s not really enough tension. If you can afford something get an extender.

Well I don’t do it for the stretch but for the anti-turtling effect. So if I’m to get something it would be an anti-turtle sleeve, but I really wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing in bed (I live with my girlfriend). So FOR NOW fowfers are my best bet, but I really want to be sure where the line between healthy and negative is.

As far as hurting my balls.well recently I’ve grown accustomed to a little bit of pain in my balls (the strange part is that when the doctor that inspected me for varicocele examined me he said there’s nothing wrong, so I really don’t know what to do other than bare the pain) so that’s no problem for me. :D

Big Girtha’s opinion would be really appreciated, because I suppose this being a favourite of his means he ought to know something about it. :)
